Kathie understands every step involved in new home construction, from start to finish, and is intimately familiar with the challenges that builders face during each stage of the process. Passionate about helping others, Kathie takes a personal interest in each of her clients. She understands that every builder is different and has their own unique set of needs.

When she’s not in the office, Kathie loves to spend her time enjoying all that Florida has to offer. From tennis and golf to biking and swimming, she never passes up an opportunity to embrace the sunshine and stunning natural landscape. A former tri-athlete, she continues to prioritize physical fitness, relishing the chance to actively explore the outdoors.
